Founded in 1986, JTM Foods is the largest producer of fried snack pies in North America. Sold under the JJ’s Bakery brand name, our pies use fresh dough and real fruit fillings made from scratch every day in our Erie PA bakery. Each pie is lightly glazed and put into our signature “ pie in box packaging” to ensure freshness and a perfect pie on your local store’s shelf. Our highly automated production family assures high quality and consistency, a hallmark of our products. There are 10 different flavors available every day and special edition seasonal flavors available throughout the year. The JTM Foods Bakery is nut free and the pies are certified Kosher Parve by the Orthodox Union. Additionally, we are an SQF Level II production facility certified by the Safe Quality Food Institute, the leader in global food safety management systems. We produce over a hundred million pies every year, more than anyone else, making us America’s favorite pie!

Our allergen policy is SQF level II allergen control. We do not allow nuts of any kind in our facility including employee lunches, snacks, vending machines, etc.

Our company takes pride in the products we make. If a customer is dissatisfied with our product we will replace it with fresh products.
